These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by Hydra s.s. through the website www.kalolio.it. All purchase contracts for products concluded via the website, following the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the Customer, shall be governed by these Terms of Sale (in accordance with Italian law, in particular Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce and Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, with specific reference to regulations concerning distance contracts). Any amendments or new terms of sale will be promptly communicated to the Customer, will take effect from the moment of publication on the website, and will apply only to sales concluded after such publication.
By placing an order through the various available methods, the Customer declares that they have read the information provided during the purchase process and agree to the terms set forth below. The Customer is therefore encouraged to carefully read these Terms of Sale.
Purchase Methods
The information provided with the products reflects that supplied by the manufacturers. We therefore reserve the right to modify product information to align it with the details provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice.
All products for sale on kalolio.it are stocked in our warehouse and available at our store. However, actual product availability is only indicative, as multiple customers may purchase the same item simultaneously, or it may no longer be in stock. In the event that an ordered product is unavailable, we will offer you the option to modify your order, or you may choose to cancel the purchase, in which case any amounts paid will, of course, be refunded.
The images on the website are provided to assist the Customer in identifying the products. Due to variations in packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
To ensure maximum shipping safety, not all bottles are sold with their original packaging.
The successful receipt of an order is confirmed by kalolio.it via an email sent to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time the order was received, as well as an “Order Number,” which should be used in all further communications with kalolio.it.
The price of each product and/or service does not include the cost of shipping, which may vary depending on the delivery and payment method, as well as the destination country. The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
The prices listed on the website are subject to possible changes and/or modifications without any obligation to notify the Customer in advance. Such increases may also result from price adjustments set by suppliers. Sales Agreements concluded before the publication of these changes, but still being executed, will be subject to the prices in effect at the time the order was received.
Products with Defects or Unusual Odor
If a defect or unusual odor is detected in an ordered bottle, please contact us. The bottle deemed non-compliant must then be sent to our premises following the return procedure. The product must be returned with at least 3/4 of its contents and with the original cap. Upon receipt of the bottle, we will verify the reported defect and, if confirmed, proceed with either a replacement or a refund if the product is no longer available in stock.
Without the returned product, it will not be possible to proceed with any replacement.
