Informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali per i clienti
Dear Customer,
hereby HYDRA S.S wishes to provide you with information on the processing of your personal data.
1. Purposes (and legal bases for processing)
The personal data you provide us with as well as those inferred from browsing our site will be used with the purposes of:
a) to provide the service of registration to the site and related services, for needs preliminary to the conclusion of contracts of sale, to follow up on them and to protect the resulting credit positions (execution of the contract between the parties);
(b) for operational, managerial, administrative and accounting needs, including the sending of commercial invoices by electronic mail (in execution of legal obligations, particularly in tax matters);
(c) allow access and navigation to the sites, process anonymous statistics on their use, monitor their operation and ascertain possible liability in the event of wrongdoing (legitimate interest of HYDRA S.S);
d) carry out marketing, commercial information and promotional activities, including those based on profiling, including the sending of newsletters and advertising material also through messaging applications. The profiling activities that will be carried out will be based on the analysis of browsing and purchasing behavior and used for behavioral advertising purposes (upon explicit consent). The provision of data for the contractual purposes set forth in paras. a), (b) and (c) is mandatory (without it, the sales contract and the provision of related services cannot be followed up). For the marketing purpose at point (d) Instead, you will be asked to give your consent, subject to the right of revocation at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing).
2. Communication of data – Transfer of data abroad
The personal data collected may be communicated, to the extent of their specific competence, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions, to banking institutions, to subjects specialized in the management of information systems and/or payment systems, to subjects that provide the goods and services offered by HYDRA S.S, to subjects carrying out transport or shipping activities, to subjects that HYDRA S.S uses to carry out promotional, advertising, marketing and communication activities, to legal and consulting firms, to subjects in charge of bookkeeping or auditing of financial statements, to public authorities for the fulfillment of legal requirements. Personal data will not be disseminated in any case. To the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties, such as, without limitation, suppliers of products and/or services, located both within and outside the European Union. Any non-EU transfer is governed by special contracts designed to require the recipient to comply with the appropriate guarantees provided for in current
regulations.
3. General aspects
The processing of your personal data may consist, in addition to their collection, registration, storage, modification, communication, and deletion in automated or semi-automated form, and their storage of data will be in paper and/or electronic/computer/optical form. All personal data processed by HYDRA S.S are protected by adequate security measures, as required by current legislation and for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 1. For the purposes set forth in paras. a) (b) and (c) Your data will be kept for the period required by law. For the purposes set forth in par. (d) data will be kept until consent is revoked or the contractual relationship is terminated. As is stipulated in Art. 13 of RGPD (EU) 2016/679, we remind you that you have the right to request from HYDRA S.S access to your personal data, rectification, deletion of the same (where applicable) or restriction of processing. He or she also has the right to revoke the authorization to process the data for which he or she has given consent, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
